Open Positions:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, sales manager. We are looking for top producers only. Prior USA and/or Canada sales experience is mandatory for any applicant and knowledge of the wood and/or plywood industry would be considered more favorably.
Job Description:
- Develop new accounts in a regional territory;
- Manage sales of commodity imported wood-based panels (plywood/OSB/MDF and etc…);
- Analyze cost and pricing trends affected by global commodity markets;
- Develop product sales strategy and programs to ensure long term growth;
- Work with purchasing team and logistics agents to coordinate delivery of product from our warehouses to end users;
- Identify customer requirements, manage orders and inventory using our proprietary software program.
Requirements:
- Must be a sales Superstar with a minimum of 5 years sales experience;
- Strong, outgoing personality to develop, grow and maintain client relationships;
- Prior experience with wholesale distribution of plywood and/or building products helpful;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to open new accounts;
- Ability to manage challenges in a multi-tasking environment;
- Analytical, math background;
- Understanding of Metric and English measurement systems;
- Proficient in all Windows / Office applications;
- Highly self-motivated, professional, organized and focused;
- Persistence, ambition, determination and drive for success.
Compensation Package:
Compensation package is base salary plus structured commission. This is a great opportunity for growth and income generation.
